Description

The Wilhelm Klier instruments, like the Rudoulf Doetsch model, are crafted in Germany using a time-honoured workshop-method tradition. These high-end instruments are made of older wood to achieve a warmer sound. They are highly flamed and varnished with a deep colouration to give a classic, old-fashioned look. The sound is described as rounder than that of a new instrument, almost as if it had already been broken in. These instruments are an excellent upgrade for the advanced musician.
The included Eastman CA1516 case features a tightly woven nylon fabric to repel water and withstand tearing. Full rain flap and extra exterior padding offer superior protection from the elements. The 5-layer interior wood shell is warp-proof and crush-proof. Additional features include paisley silk fabric, instrument-shaped velvet interior, three accessory compartment, four bow holders, and hygrometer.
