Description
Occasionally, there is a strange part or a weird piece on a guitar that really dates it to a specific year. In the history of the Gibson SG, one such part is the pearl-inlaid Ebony Block Vibrola tailpiece, which only appeared on SG Standards and Customs in 1962 when they were still known as Les Pauls.
